The Women of Law Enforcement (WOLE) Conference took place the week of September 20, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas. Over 500 female law enforcement officers attended this amazing conference.
John Gronski was invited to speak at the conference and on September 21st he facilitated two four-hour leadership presentations focused on the concepts of Iron-Sharpened Leadership and Cultivating Trust. During the presentation John had one of the groups identify six leadership attributes they would expect their leaders to demonstrate. Here is what these women of law enforcement identified:

Trust
Respect
Ability to communicate well
The ability to empower others to make decisions and demonstrate initiative
Empathy
For those unable to attend on-site leadership workshops, online leadership training is now available. Most of the courses will take approximately 2 hours to complete. Following the course, score an 80% on a short quiz and immediately download a certificate of completion.
