I admire Major General John GRONSKI as a great authority. He is not only a  leadership theorist but primarily a practitioner who has a vast experience in the area of military management. For this reason, I invited General GRONSKI to Poland in October 2021 to lecture at the Territorial Defense Forces Headquarters, Polish Military Academies, and civilian universities throughout Poland. During his lectures, he proved to be brilliant and inquisitive.
