On September 21and 22, 2023 John Gronski was invited to present his Iron-Sharpened Leadership and Resiliency Workshop at the National Public Safety Innovation Academy in Polk County, Florida. He was assisted by SGT Eric Diaz, a law enforcement officer with over 30 years of distinguished service.

Over 30 senior law enforcement officers from throughout the country attended this course which lasts for 8 weeks.

Near the end of the two-day leadership workshop we had an opportunity to conduct an exercise resulting in the non-negotiables the leaders identified for being an effective leader. What were those non-negotiables?
