Hillsborough Community College Iron-Sharpened Leadership and Resiliency Workshop

John Gronski and JoAnn Tresco conducted an Iron-Sharpened Leadership and Resiliency Workshop for law enforcement professionals in the Tampa, Florida region and February 16 and 17 at Hillsborough Community College.

About 50 law enforcement professionals attended. The workshop focused on leadership development skills and provided tools to assist leaders with developing their own resiliency and the resiliency in those they lead.

This is what Bruce Crumpler, Law Enforcement Master Sergeant at Hillsborough County, Florida Sheriff’s Office said about the workshop:

It was a very productive, insightful, and educating two days.”
